This is my first crop and I will be switching over to hps for flowering in about two weeks. I have read a lot about how mh has uv in it and that's y it's good for vegging and that UVB is like growing outside because the sun let's off uv rays, and you end up with more bud outdoors because of the plant producing more trichomes to protect itself from the uv rays. Soooo... I would like to add two 100 watt UVB lights to my eight plants along with the 1000 hps. Has anyone tried this? How was your outcome? I'm trying to make my indoor grow room like the outdoors as much as possible, considering I think everything outside grows pretty well haha I was also thinking that I should just have the UVB on for three hours or so in the middle of the 12 hr period, since the sun is the strongest around noon. What do you think? I love people opinions and hearing your experience! I also want to add black strap molasses to my feedings during flowering to increase the carbs, sugars, potassium, just to give my soil a lil boost and give those flowers as much love as possible
