Htg filter/fan

Thinking about getting a fan filter combo from htg has anyone tried there fans or filters? The prices are great! Just wanting to put it out there before I place my order. Thanks in advance!

Yes, I have A FRIEND WHO BOUGHT THE 6 INCH in line fan with the tall boy filter, works great, just as quiet as the more expensive brand inline fans. A must have if you are trying to grow stealthy,

I bought the 4" inline and filter. Works great. Haven't gotten to where i need it for odor control yet but it keeps the tent at a steady temp. Pick up a fan control too if you get a fan thats faster than what your room requires. Making your fan work to hard for what it can actually pull in (from the intakes of your room) will shorten the life-span of the motor. For example if you're growing in a tent you don't want your walls to concave inwards as that is a sign that your fan is working to hard (sucking in more air than the intakes allow) a simple fix however is just open another intake or make one if you are using a custom box.

their can fans work great. I have their 170cfm 4" fan for a 9cf space and it does the job very well. With all of my fans on, my 1000W space heater can't keep up with my venting system. I don't know if I can recommend their 6 inline duct fan though. It's rated at 250 and when I have my hand over it, I don't feel hardly anything compared to my hand being at the out end of the line of the can fan. Thats my experience with them so far.

My 4 inch inline seems loud also but it does move a lot of air. With the fan controller it makes a small humm but as long as I keep an oscillating fan in my room on high its not too noticeable. Was hoping for it to be a little more silent. At full blast it sounds like a vaccuum is on in my closet lol.
