Huge Debate Makes Me Wander....(Commercial/warehouse set up)

Being fairly new to marijuana grower I was wandering what it would take to produce 100 lbs a month indoors. What would be the best method of growing? What would the initial start up cost for construction, lights, a/c's, etc. How big would the space have to be? I would really appreciate any input

At least 10,000 sq. ft., 100k Watts (two 50k rooms on a flip), 300k btu A/C and a shit load of support equiptment.
Assuming you owned the building already the construction and equipment cost would be about 500k.
The electric bill alone per day will run you in the neighborhood of 400-500$...
