Huge mistake/ need some advice

Well I made a huge mistake by not checking on my plants often enough, never doing that again, but I'm wondering this plant can be saved, all the other ones seemed to have died completely but this ones still got some green on it, what're your guys thoughts?

If you're not sure if it has a node it will definitely die. You should start fresh.

What exactly is a node?

If you dont know basics of this plant , you are going to run into problems trying to grow.

all you can do is try to save the plant give it some water and hope for the beast,but if it was me I would trash that plant and start over..ky...ps and read read read

Damn, well thanks for the help guys and luckily I have some seeds I could start off still, it wouldn't be too late in the season to start seeds right?

Put them seeds in dirt asap and trash that one.

Alright, I've already got some seedlings in a couple red solo cups that've been sprouted for about 2 weeks, I'll put them in the actually ground once they get a little more stable

Growing is a full time job. You don't want to forget to go to work and lose your job... Right? Gotta work to get paid. Definitely read up on the basics and don't go trying any fancy tricks on your first plant.

Yeah, I understand I still have a lot of learning to do when it comes to this, I've been mostly looking at feeding and how much (if any) amounts of water to give it, just stuff I feel like I need to know for this to work out, I did make the mistake of relying on the weather channel saying it was gonna rain the next day, never happened.. Picking up knowledge from veteran growers (you are in the right place) coupled with hands on experience you will quite possibly be killing it in a year or two.

Was it "killing it" lmao, and I've heard from multiple people that you can "break" something or twist something at the top of the plant and that will give it a better chance at becoming a female? Sound familiar to you guys?

Sounds like bull shit to me. There's a lot of disinfo about growing in general and especially about gaining more females. That disinfo gets passed along from one wanna be grower to the next never having had any real hands on experience. I call it bull shit voodoo botany.

Breaking and twisting sounds like "Super Cropping". Super cropping is used by growers to get more tops on a plant for higher yield, but it's not really something a first time grower should really attempt right out of the gate unless you've done extensive research on it and feel confident in your abilities. The male/female distinction can't be changed by the grower unless something goes wrong during the grow and you end up with a hermaphrodite plant which is both male and female, or you treat your seeds with colloidal silver prior to germination to increase the chances of female plants. There are however feminized seeds that have a much higher likelihood of producing female plants that you can buy from vendors.
