Just came across this:

Embryos containing human and animal material have been created in Britain for the first time, a month before the House of Commons votes on new laws to regulate the research.

A team at Newcastle University announced yesterday that it had successfully generated “admixed embryos” by adding human DNA to empty cow eggs in the first experiment of its kind in Britain.

Really interesting stuff, but I don't know if we should be messing around with this crap...

It states the cells contain 99 percent human DNA, but what if they got it wrong just one time and had 50 percent cow genetics say. Well the person they treated would grow up and god kows what kind of results we'd get. His children, their childrens children. Who knows what will happen in the long run. Crazy stuff.

I think thats awesome..we should research it more
