Humboldt County Bushmaster

I was just listening to Zander on The Grow Report podcast mention a couple of things that pricked up my ears. Bushmaster to stop vertical growth and Reverse in case of hermies. Anyone have experience with these? If I understand it, the Reverse does not turn males into females, it just renders male flowers on hermies sterile so they can't pollinate. Is that correct?

I'm more excited about Bushmaster because I want Sativa dominant strains but concerned I they would be too tall for my grow tent. Will that stuff allow me to grow a Kush and keep it under 4 feet?

well first off, kush is not sativa dominant. It's actually 100% or pretty close to 100% indica. But yes, bushmaster will basically stop the vertical growth and like it says, bush out. It works wonders.

not a clue on the bushmaster, its probally worth trying if you dont feel like lsting or topping. You are correct, reverse kills any male flowers on the plant and stop more from forming, it cannot undo seed formation or pollination thats already occured however, you need to apply it at least 2 times after you notice the hermie or as a preventative i suppose, but i dont think using it just in case is needed imo,(but i can understand where your coming from, if it makes you feel a bit less nervous its worth it in a way i guess) i just keep it on hand at all times as an insurance policy. with the reverse you also need a product called penetrator. if

Hey bro, I used reverse for 2-3 years waste of $, IMO! And, you apply it twice in the first 10 days of flower. I never had a hermi, but this is due to optimized conditions. Happy girls mean no probs. But femmed seeds are fine for me (Sorry reg seed growers!!). pro
