Humboldt County Laws

I read somewhere that if you have your script you can grow up to 99 plants in Humboldt County? Is this true? And what do they expect you to do with 99 plants? Could you easily sell your pot to cannabis clubs? Or do they expect you to have 99 plants for personal use? I have heard about people growing for cannabis clubs before. Can anyone with a script sell their weed to cannabis clubs? And just out of curiosity does anyone know how much they would pay for weed? Probabley not too much I would assume? haha nono. some clubs can grow that much. the plant limit was 25 and i think they just changed it to 6 or maybe that mendocino idk
