What is the best humic acid doseage for little cannabis seedling?

What medium? If in soil absolutely none.

The best dosage of anything for a little cannabis seedling is none to very little. In soil you don't need to add anything for a few weeks. Other growing medium like coco or promix just 1/4 strength base nutrients. What are you trying to accomplish by feeding humic acid?
