If you are collecting water vapor and condensing it back to liquid, then yes, you have distilled water...

Which is clean, but devoid of almost all salts, minerals, etc...

A lot of people use distilled water in hydro/aero systems so they do not have to worry about the contents of the water when figuring out their nutrient regime ...

Hope this helped...

It is condensed water vapor...my ladies are all in soil so does this mean i should use it compared to tap water?...is it only helpful to people in hydro/aero systems? to be honest i've been using the humidified water and also tap water...what problems could occur from either?

Probably the single most important thing about the water you give your plants is the PH level...

Tap water around me has a very high PH...

Distilled water seems to be lower... but until you are comfortable with the water you are using, check it...

With that being said, many people don't and are still successful...
But it is not magik, their ph just happens to be good...
