i got my hps 250w about 13 inches above my plantsand .the temperature is ok(80F) but humidity is very low 30%.Is it better if i move up the bulb so that i increase my humidity? or is it better to leave my bulb as close as possible so that the temperature wont be more than 80f?

If your vegging now 80 is just fine. And it would better if you could get the humidity up to 40ish.

If you are flowering 30% rh is okay, but 80 is a little warm you want to get down to 75ish or as close as possible. Rather than moving your light point a small fan at it...

a good air circulation and a fan , your temps will drop( not much) and your humility will rise :)

id leave everything as is. your plants most likely look good or you would have started the post with a plant problem. A damp rag maybe if you really want or your plants need the more humidity. how do they look?
