Humidity issue

Around 38% when i just checked now..

My buds dont seem as "sticky" as they did a week ago they seem "dryer"... I gave them a flush yesterday. But im wondering if the dryness in the tent is causing the buds to dry up as well??

How can I raise my humidity?

High humidity is bad for flowering. You want it low. I dont know why it feels less sticky from one week to the next(Im still a newbie learning), but everything Ive read said low humidity is better.
