Humidity problems

Maybe someone can figure this one out. Since I've bought this house (few years) it's always had horrible humidity inside. For example, right now it's 63F @ 65% humidity _outside_. In my house, not tent, just in my house any room it'll be 70~72F @ 32~35% Humidity.

This ends up causing the RH in my tent to be around 30% or worse @ 80~82F.

Reading about VPD @ http://bigbudsmag.com/vapor-pressure-deficit-humidity-marijuana-grow-room/ made me realize why I may be having issues like signs of nute burn or loosing some seedlings... In my last place the humidity was a lot better indoors.

Last place was a new construction.. New place is a 80s house. Am I missing something? Is this normal? Is my house too sealed or is there some crazy mold infestation in the walls sucking up all the water?

Anyone else run into this? I'd run a humidifier but the tent is constantly vented due to heat and I can't be reloading a 2 gallon humidifier every day.

This article seems accurate with pretty charts and such but reading it towards the end it seems like an ad for growtronics vapor deficit monitoring system.
I would worry less about low humidity and more about high humidity which is easily controlled by a dehumidifier. 35% to 40% RH on a hygrometer is average in my exp; that's what my grow area reads much of the time & ive not had an issue except for maybe having to water a bit more often when it is very dry. High humidity can cause molds and a slew of other issues but low humidity is not as detrimental as this write up would have you believe. Super low humidity in desert-like conditions I could see being an issue but even then you could just give them a spritz from a hand mister every so often.
