Hybrid growing method

Hi everyone,

I am about to grow my first seedlings. I in northern CA, and I plan to leave the plants out during the day, and then bring them inside for some HPS lighting for about 4 hours a day.

This way I can take advantage of the natural sunlight. Is this a good or bad idea? Anyone?

Cheers

Moving the plants inside/outside works well and will condition your plants to the outdoors, especially if you are planning to plant them outside eventually. The only thing with moving them inside/outside is that your grow room is more susceptible to bug infestations and other diseases. I just hate the thought of getting spider mites inside my grow room.
