hello folks...just thinkin' a tad (probably a bad idea, or at least my wife thinks so...lol)...on to my thoughts...I use hydrated lime to grow boomers...it keeps the contams away while the myc is colonizing/consolidating the substrate...will this help with my lil' personal garden????

edit to add: I know its late in the year for this season, but there is always next year...if I'm lucky...lol

appreciate any and all info...;)

Hydrated lime is calcium hydroxide, a strong base. It'll chew the bejayzus out of roots, soil, cloth pots, hands, pets ... Just plain lime is calcium carbonate. Spend the extra shekel for garden-grade dolomite. pH never a worry, and cal/mag issues say bye-bye. cn
