Hydro and holidays

I am thinking of starting a hydro setup(DWC) with clones these days. I will leave for holidays for 2 weeks. I would like to know if its possible to leave my hydro alone without getting my plants hurt. Is it better to leave them when they are in the pre-veg (and using plain water) or veg phase ?

NOPE!
You need to monitor the pH and adjust it everyday at lights on!

There is no method i would use and walk away for 2 weeks with out seeing what is going on!
Then again, I have employee's who do that for me.....
