Hydro bubb setup help

hey gUys nooob question. I Started some seedlings in soil but now my hommie gave me a bubb setup, nothing crazy.

How do i transfer them into the bubb?

My Plan was to put the seedlings in with the soil and let the water flush the dirt out.

flush the dirt first just use warm water
