Hydro Nutes in Soil

HI All,

My buddy stopped growing a couple months ago and he gave me a big box with all his various nutes in it. He was a Hydro Grower.

I am a soil grower. My question is: Can I use the Ionic Bloom nutes in my soil. The are made for hydro but I was wondering if I could use them in soil. I know Ionic makes a bloom formula that is soil specific. Anyways I was just wondering because we all know how expensive nutes can be, if I could use the ones I have that would be great.

Thanks all!

In general you can mix hydro nutriens into the soil, but watch out for the dosage! My friend tried it this year and it didnt work out too well for his ladies so....If you got nice plants growing, buy some nutriens for soil, they are not that expensive and i think you'll do better with them then with hydro nutriens.

The main difference between "hydro" nutes, and "soil" nutes is the consistency. Hydro nutes will be less goopy and thick so as to not clog pumps etc. You wouldn't want to this this backwards i.e. putting soil nutes in your hydro system, but what you're doing is completely fine.

whatever it says on the label use less, if after a few weeks they are looking healthy try upping the dosage slightly.
i recently used the coco A+B nutes in a soil grow with nice results so you should be fine
