Hydro plants different color than soil ones???

I've got six plants in a General Hydroponics ecogrower. I also have three plants in soil. The three in soil are dark, dark green while the ones in the hydro are a much lighter green. Not quite yellow but a light, light green.

I have BC Boost, BC Bloom, BC Grow, Awesome Blossoms, Magical, Sugar Daddy and Thrive Alive red and green. Will any of these help and at what dose per gallon of water?
