Hydroponic system cleaning help needed

I want to fire up a hydro system that had been shut down previously. I need to clean it up since I never cleaned it when I shut it down. After I scrub everything down, what could I run through it to make sure all the insides of the components I cannot get to are clean. i.e. water chiller, pumps, lines. I am looking for something that wont harm the inside of those components. I know bleach is a good cleaner but will it hurt the inside of those items?

You could always use vinegar

Maybe try hydrogen peroxide solution

Warm Diluted bleach . Maybe 2:1

Thanks guys, the chiller says a vinegar solution. Just wasn't sure if that would cause growing problems. I might try that and just flush it really good.
