Hydroponics/Day 13 of my plants and need help with one.

Hello, need a little help from some peers, first post as well , okay so, i have four 13 day old sprouts in rockwool cubes:
ph:between 5.5-6.3
temp/humidity:low/70's high/80's hu:like low 40's/50's it fluctuates throughout the day (its summer and im from thegoldenstate)
watering: 3 times a day with little under mild nutrient solution like .6 of a ml per gallon of each solution (floragro,mirco,bloom)
lights: 2 24 inch fluorescent strips, 18/6 (like 100watts together i think)
fann low

problem: to my eye my plants are doing pretty well for their first two weeks of life, but there's one plant who seems to be having a hard to time to release itself like the others. the plant having a hard time is in the first picture on the right, it seems as if its growing a little bit slower and also some of the smaller leaves are beginning to brown and wilt a little bit, this plant sits on the tray in an area where there is more moisture there where the others are placed, is my problem that its getting to much moisture? if so what should i do? should i remove that plant for a day or two? all the others are fine by me but i would be more then glad for someone to critique/drop advice/ tips/ tricks/ whatever you care to share light on directed to me because this is my first attempt and i have done some homework but is there ever enough to know?! thanks and peace!

Put your lights closer, They seem to be stretching for it.. I'm not much a hydro man so thats all the advice i can give.

Ya put the lights a bit closer, and stop fertalizing it! you wont need any nutrients until the 3 section of leaves come out

after the third set of leaves come out should i use a mild strength solution or full strength?

thats usually when i start, or when the new leaves are a lighter color of green

dont fix what aint broke. Looks ok to me.
Move the lights closer and just let the little gal's get a bit bigger. Genetics might just be weaker than the rest.

thanks for all the replies and responses, its highly appreciated. so the plant im having a hard time with finally wilted all its leaves, i starved it 2 out of its 3 feedings today panicking last night and not knowing what to do. so now the stem has turned a light brown, but i took a closer look and i see a tiny hint of some fresh green between the not so healthy looking wilted leaves, i dont have the slightest clue if its a good sign or not, but im curious to see what will happen with this plant in the next few days so i will keep it with the others and keep it on the same schedule as of now. thanks and if anyone has a clue im open to read. peace.

Your right at that time when I get ph problems from rockwool. I wont use it anymore . Hope yours r ok . Maybe should flush ,spread them out to breath and dry.Cubes are to close together.

With the lights I would put them closer, mine I can barely get my hand between them. Also if your not, use a small fan, it will strengthen them really quick, if not they may fall over from the top heavy weight.

I do have a fan, how high should I have it? Like to the point where the leaves are constantly blowing or a mild gust where it's barely moving it?

The first mistake that many people make is to have in their mind that plants need a lot of water. A plant grows roots when it is searching for moisture. If you over water, than it won't search, thur, it won't grow. All those cubes need to be is moist. They probably don't need to be watered for days at a time. Rockwool should not be soalking wet ever.

When I have seedlings, or clones in wrapped cubes, I keep them in a humidity dome, and just keep them moist, and will actually just spray a mist of water in the dome t keep them happy. It works wonders. At the stage yours are at, they need nothing but ph balanced water. No nutes.

Just my .02.

I keep the fan on constant to where I can see them always moving slightly. I started some new seeds last week, didn't follow my own advice and one fell over, I made a crutch for it, then placed a fan closer and now it is much stronger, removed the crutch and all is good. I've never used that medium to grow in, I use rapidrooters and they seem to do great. I'm new to this, so not sure how that affects ph etc. Also, it is a good thing to use a clear cover to keep humidity in while they are small. In one day mine hit the top of the tiny covers on my aerogarden, so I am going to need to figure out a cover that will allow light in, they seem to do much better with a cover over them for the first week..

i just changed the watering to twice a day, once at 6am and the other at 6pm, on a 18/6 lighting schedule, still think this is too much water? do you use rockwool yourself?
