I can't get her healthy

I have been trying to get this girl growing well the past couple weeks and she just won't snap out of it. Just a bit of a back story on the plant... It's about a month old, and has been stressed out a bit. I over-potted it, over watered it the first couple weeks, and then watered much less frequently the past couple weeks. I have been feeding a solution at 250ppm and a pH of 5.5 - 6. I feed a small amount now about once every 5 - 6 days. I use I standard Gatorade bottle with holes in the top and I use about half of the bottle. They are under 100w of T5 lighting.

I have another plant that I have on the same feeding schedule (that is the same size) and it is doing very well. Any ideas?

PS: It looks like the tops of the stems of leaves are turning a bit purple as well as the inner vein.

is that coco? they dont look too bad to me

Purple stems iirc is a calcium deficiency. If that's coco and it's not pre charged you need to feed extra calcium and potassium or else it will leach it away from your plants roots.

I see a few white specks in the top down picture, I don't think it's mites but it wouldn't hurt for you to check.

If it's from a seed it may just have a shit taproot too, I know it's a common problem for auto growers.

I was at about 200ppm and I raised it to 400ppm and they are much more happy. Also went to 200 watts and will go to 250w once they get a tad bigger.

The white specs could have been spider mites. I pulled a couple bottom leaves, put them under a 60x scope and saw tiny pearly whites eggs. I caught them super early and am hitting them with Green Cleaner every night for the next 2 weeks. Hopefully that will wipe 'em out.

Any suggestions for getting rid of bugs in soil? I'm afraid that I may have gotten some pretty badly infested Coco from a not so clean hydro store. Thanks!

Mosquito dunks/great white/whatever Bti product you want. Use as a soil amendment or water it in with some molasses and dechlorinated water. ?

Og biowar foliar has a fungus that you can use as a spray or root drench that's basically the same as botanigaurd

Think about using silica as a foliar spray and with your feedings. It makes your plants stems and cell walls tougher and more compact makes it harder for less mature bugs to feed on the plant and helps with mold resistance. Will also save you about 40 bucks in yoyos and plant ties if you grow something known to be fragile.

Healthy plants don't attract pests. Sick, overwatered plants crammed in the back of your table or tent are usually the cause.

That's mostly general pest control though. With mites I suggest basically going as all out as possible so long as you're not in flower I'd use pyrethins and at least azamax if not a third method of control. I had a root aphid problem a while back and I'm glad I let my old caregiver talk me in to going overboard. The guy I got the clones from got them bad and lost 6 months of growing to them essentially.
