I can't tell the difference

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is any difference between this three dollar CFL http://www.1000bulbs.com/product/36676/FC42-801042.html and this thirteen dollar CFL http://www.1000bulbs.com/product/2237/FC42-80891.html . From what I can tell they are both 2700k 42 watt CFL's, but how come one is so much cheaper than the other. Is it just the brand name or is there a discernible quality difference between the two, because obviously I would rather buy the cheaper one since I can get 4 times more for the same price :?

The more expensive one appears to be a brand name, GE in this case. Remember the GE logo always had a light bulb? Personally, I would get the cheaper ones.

The cheaper one actually states it has more Lumens per Watt. I always go with whats cheap.

Ya definitely the cheaper one. That's an awesome find, real cheap price, they are $8.99 at Target or Lowe's!
