Q: Can Oregon recreational marijuana be taken to the state of Washington where it is also legal?
A: No. Taking marijuana across state lines is a federal offense.

Kind of stupid IMO using marijuana is a federal offense no matter what state medical marijuana and all.

Another thing that is fucked up is people in NH with a medical card can go to Maine for medical marijuana but you can't buy or grow it in NH. Plus a cancer patient can't get a medical card because the big hospital that specialises in cancer will not give people medical marijuana cards. I can't wait until full legalization this shit is bullshit that's why I voted for Bernie Sanders. :bigjoint:

But either way I will grow weed till the day I die kind of sucks that I practically give half of it away to people who should be legally growing their own medical marijuana though!
