I don't see how they are buds

I'm not trying to be a bother but, id say I'm a little over a month in flowering and I can't seem to find this anywhere else. It doesn't look like buds, they are they have white hairs all over and are getting bigger I just don't see it right or do they form or something later on. I know I sound like a fucking idiot and probally gonna piss a few of you off, I just don't see how it is weed?

they form as it goes along. they will get thicker and denser.

Odds are you have a Sativa and they take longer to flower. More and more of the little "white hairs" clump together to form flower clusters. These are the actual "buds," just give it more time and you'll see.
