I forgot how to use my nutrients Botanicare.

its wierd but its true so not so complicated the nutrients i'm using is botanicare pro grow and liquid karma
so on the chart that it cam with its saying 10ml per 4 litter of water<<<<grow pro and 2ml per 4 litters of water<<<<<liquid karma

should i use how it says or how should i start???????

On the contrary, if your plant is over a month old you shouldn't have any problems using nutes at normal strength. Just follow the directions...

Invest in a quality PPM/EC meter. I found that my plants could take up to 1500 PPM without any nutrient burn.

Read the directions on the nute and use as directed..
