I got a couple of questions

So this is my first time with the whole growing thing and I've got this little guy that's been growing for about 2 1/2 weeks now and its about 11 inches tall already and the 4th leaves are coming on now. When should I move it to a bigger pot (its in this little green one thats probably 2 cups in volume)? It has little things comming out of the connection between the stalk and the shoots, what are those? And the leaves are starting to turn up at the edges what might be causing that? I don't have a camera right now unfortunately so I cant show you exactly what I'm talking about but I'll try to get that soon.

Could it be heat stress, Hmmm I don't think so from the sounds of things. I think you got a nute problem. Your lighting situation can't be that great either, since it's already 11 in. not good. Better lights, and maybe some nutes now. How's the PH? Check all these things and fill us in.
