I'm real stressed and these people have no clue....but i'm trying to keep it cool at this stage of my life what to do? I called and left message, I'm waiting on their move-I'm fucked unless it's honest mistake on their part, but i'm thinking they pulled a straight jack move on me in wich case how do I respond? I will know what their response is by noon tomorrow. I'm going to try to hear them out before I go and say anything but how far can or should I go if they just fucked me? to me thats a shit ton of money.

No I talked to lady working their and really explained what I wanted and showed her other examples and she ordered this. I told her I found bonded leather couch online for good deal and researched it and found out it's fake leather and told her I wanted to make sure this was real leather and she assured me it was and that it was real nice and well built-It gets hear it's some cheap ass B.S. and says bonded leather-it's vinal plastic with leather dust in it and cheap as fuck, maybe a 100$ chair. I signed for it to when they dropped it off and it was wrapped I signed that it was in good condition. opened it and called and left message and called delivery dude.

i'm going to see if they call me in the morning if not I will call them, I will see if they offer to make it right, I want this thing out of here tomorrow with a reciept saying they took it and I want something simalar but leather here within a week if not I'm going to tell them I will sue them and I will hang around and tell everyone how they ripped me off and I will cancle the 250$ of the charge on my credit card if I can- I would probably lose in court even though they totally scammed me because I really cant prove what was discussed during our conversations and I signed all their contract and paper saying everything was good. Their local i'm hoping we don't even need to go through all this but i'm wondering if this is their MO and how they'll handle it. I'm just really upset and don't know what to do this is a big deal to me.

I wouldnt sweat it too much,most furniture stores are hard up for customers in this economy,my wife is ocd about cleanliness so she makes me buy new sitting furniture every 2 years for the family room where we sit ,she gets freaked out over people farting on the chairs & shit so i just give in & buy her what she wants,since we buy so often we've had quite a few furniture problems over the years.
We had a problem simular to yours about 3 years ago,we tried to buy a pair of matching footstools from the showroom floor at art van & were told we had to order them "fuck" & would have to wait 2 weeks for them to be made & shipped "double fuck",plus we had to pay up front for special order "dammitt!",so we ordered them,paid & waited allmost a damm month.
They were listed as oak build side rails with italian leather top & sides,when we got them they were piece of shit pine with a fake oak grain looking stain job,then instead of real leather we got (pleather) which is fake leather shit,my wife took a pic of them in the showroom on her phone & we compared it with them,the footstools we got werent even the same design we ordered.
After getting art van to come look at the footstools & my wife showing the manager the pic she took art van hooked us up swell,they refunded our cash & sent us a voucher of 50% off anything in the store up to $1,000.
Just keep very calm & explain yourself & how you want to do business with them in refurnishing the rest of your home but weather you use them or go elsewhere is dependant on how they handel this situation,you'll get hooked right up.
