I got some of these seeds out of weed from the dispo don’t know if there auto

Is this a auto? it grew little white hairs after 4 weeks n it’s starting to smell too if so should I transplant tonight before dark cycle

I don't know of any dispensaries growing autos for cultivation (could be 100% off here). I don't see any indication of white hairs. Looks like the start of new growth. If you plan to flip the light schedule it's best to transplant before to give them time to recover if needed. Good luck.
