Here is the best advice you are gonna get on this matter as i have dealt with everything you are describing except APHIDS.
Step1
Take the advice of the poster who mentioned the hot shots no pest strips. I ORDER THESE FROM US and in total i pay $36 for 3 of them. The shipping costs more than the strips.
Step2
Get yourself some SPINOSAD. Monteray Garden Insect Spray, Conserve Naturalyte anything with SPINOSAD in it.
Step3
Once they all arrive. Mix up some SPINSOSAD as per instructions and spray your entire closet and medium with the SPINOSAD MIX and also any areas around the outside of your closet.
Step4
Open up your STRIPS and place 1 inside your closet for 3 days.
Step5
After the 3 days of the strip being out spray the SPINOSAD mix again.
Step6
After another 3 days of the strip being out Spray the SPINOSAD mix again
Step7
After another 3 days of the strip being out spray again with the SPINOSAD mix
Step8
After the 9days of this procedure you should be clean again.
Also make sure you place some STICKY TRAPS blue's and Yellows all around your closet and maybe even stick some to your pots.
The blue's attract THRIPS, Yellows anything else.

I'm gonna follow this advice except I've settled on Ed Rosenthal's Zero Tolerance....sorry. It's the purist in me trying to keep it as organic ass possible. If this doesn't work. I'll go with the chems.
Here's what I'm gonna do.
Gonna buy ZT and neem oil, and make a solution of that and a few drops of soap in warm water and spray the place down (after I spot test on one plant...I've heard horror stories of plants burned to hell from ERZT) when the lights go off
That should take care of any nymphs and adults, the eggs that were laid in the soil will still hatch within the next 1-3 days.
I'm gonna place potato slices on the soil, cause apparently adults will lay their eggs in them and I can just toss them out.
2-3 after the first spray, I'll spray again
I know the spray doesn't kill larva but from what I've read, larva are REALLY hard to penetrate, so anything that is strong enough to kill larva, might be too strong for the plant...Idk, makes sense to me *shrug
After dong that 2-3 times I should be ok till harvest when I can pull everything and hit it with a flame thrower
....
but then the cockroaches would survive and come back for revenge...*shifty eyes
I may have to go nuclear.
Don't get me wrong I appreciate it. I'm just working on a budget Potatoes will have to do lol
