I dont know, I have no clue. I can know tomorrow tho when my "Experience friend" returns, the guy that cut them. He used a hand held microscope designed for weed (And he took only 1/3 of each plant)

what color was the trics when you chopped? IF they are clear then yes you should have waited.. once milky, they will get you high and waiting for amber is just a preference thing.Looks like a nice bud to me. nice job on trimming BTW

yea thats a real nice trim but i seriously doubt that you can tell what kind of strain it is idc how experienced you are its next to impossible only thing you could tell is indica/sativa and even then its still very hard but as for how early you cut it you coulda let it go another week or 2 but theres nothing you can do about it now smoke up n enjoy =-)

Im a newb and all i know about "doneness" ive learned from this site and ones like it but your bud looks good to me. Ya your trichs look pretty clear from that pic but your bud is really dense. Good job if u ask me. Plus, you said he only chopped 1/3. You should wait a little longer on the next chop and compare. It seems some peeps can tell the difference between weeks of harvest.
I took a very small sample this week and will take one next week before my projected harvest. Then ill compare and see if I can tell a difference and next time I'll know what I like.

If you waited longer the buds would probably be a little fatter with more trichromes,

but its all good, sum people harvest early for a energetic high and sum wait longer for that couch-lock indica high
