2 600s off of 1 breaker? I don't know jack shit about electrical things so please explain in detail.

If my math is correct that should be good, assuming you don't have anything else on that circuit. And double check your breaker box. Most standard breakers are 15 amp. 1200 Watt / 110 v = 10.9 amps. You want to stay under 80% of the load on the breaker. The 2 lights would be 72%. So I would probably not put anything else on that circuit.

I run 2 digital 600 Lumateks off 1 15 amp breaker. My kill-a watt meter says, together, they draw a little over 12 amp. I also run a 26" flat screen TV and a couple odds and ends, less than 200 watt off the same breaker. Realistically, you should only use 80% of a breakers capacity. The Lumasteks are "soft start" and I have them on staggered timers so one comes on 5 minutes after the other. So far, the breaker has only tripped 1 time, when I plugged my vacuum cleaner into that circuit by mistake.
