I have a unusual plant thats been thru a lot. Can someone tell me if she is ready?

Hi, I have a led indoor grow, using a blackstar 240 ho, with a 400 hps. I have pictures posted in the led section. Could someone take a look and tell me if she is ready to die? It is a old mystery plant from bagseed and it has stayed slightly off the whole grow.

The leaves will all be yellow and buds swollen, the majority of hairs should be orange/brown and should be ready to harvest...
