I have no idea whats wrong

I have a purple kush going into 2nd week of flower and it looks horrible. Have had issue's with this plant since its sprouted. Its had cured leaves its whole life. Pretty much thinking its bad genetics. Anyone have any ideas

FFOF Soil
3 gallon pots
2-600watt LEDs
2-purple kush
2-mendo breath
4x4 tent

Looks to be over watered. And that there is a nute lockout going on.

Do you know your pH level? And how often do you water? The idea is to let the medium dry out at least a couple inches from the surface. Not so much that the plant is wilting. Just enough that it's got to search for the water.

My PH is 6.5 and i water every third day....the rest of my plants look just fine
 
Has anything other than the start of flower cycle changed? Have you started to feed it bloom nutes or anything? Is it hot in there or really humid. Anything at all thats changed?
