my first question is what is the type of my plant and its female or male

and what can i do for stand my plant upright? its not straight as you see in the second photo what can i do for it?

use a straw and cut it half on one side and put it around the stem
and you cant tell really till you go 12/12 or pre flower

it is about 1 month old... and i am worrying that it is slow in growing... is it normal for one month old plant?

What is your lighting? I ask because it looks like it is looking for light. This could also be the reason why it is a tad on the small side.
You can add more grow medium to the container to shorten the stem.

i have a table lamp on it and thats right it is looking to the light but now i am building a grow room which height is 1 meter..and i have 2 fluorescent on it... i wish it will solve my problem...the fluorescents are for aquarium plants... i think they helps to grow better...thank you...

Go buy cfls as big as you can get em 2600 k and 6000 k

rig em up more the better or get a 250 hps that's what I would do
and yeah more soil that's much easier
get ya fluros right on it as close as you can get
