Im not sure what the situation was, but it seems the DEA are for the most part anyway are leaving the people alone who are staying 100% within the law. The articles Ive read about other stores getting raided and shut down most of the time ended up with someone doing something shady. Just like a brewery, the feds will get their money first and foremost before you make a dime.
I wish every state was like Colorado though and would stand up against the fed for your state rights not to be infringed on. Az is the dirty little slut of the feds and will slob their knob whenever they whip it out.

It's an art club in central phoenix. Mike is the first "legal" AZ dispensary purchaser; fighting a tumor in his neck.

Bill Hayes comes on this forum spouting his knowledge of the law and then the dumb ass has channel 5 come out to his club and interview the employees and put it on the air on top of all the other publicity he goes for.
Now a couple days later he is begging people for donations. Fucking dumb ass.
Its interesting all those that say concentrates are legal should note I believe Billys charges include sales of narcotics stemming from concentrates or extracts.

Those charges won't stick. Concentrates are legal. Just like when the police were hitting people with narcotics charges for edibles, but now the state is licensing kitchens to produce them. AZDHS has said concentrates are ok for sale in dispensaries, providing they are produced in an infusion kitchen. The problem is no one took the time to actually educate police, or even prosecutors, as to what concentrates actually are. They STILL don't know.

If they are legal why has know one been successful in a lawsuit for false arrest or even in a civil suit for the seizure and/or destruction of there property stemming from a arrest do to extracts?
Oh and police in AZ are still arresting people for edibles. I will continue to consider it a grey area until the courts sort it out.

They are legal because the law says they are legal. If no one has been successful fighting the charges, it's because they and/or their lawyers are incompetent. And I am aware police are still arresting people for edibles. I'm also aware that the majority of police officers haven't been educated about prop 203, as was recently proven here in Pima County. The county has to drop a load of cases for that very reason.
