I just got An Aerogrow

I just got an aerogrow. I have the seeds germinating in the ag and some have sprouted! I am keeping the ag on 24 hour light. i put two small ag nutrient tabs right at germination. Can anyone give me their opinions and suggestions?

First.. Pour that water out and dont run nutrients for at least a couple weeks.
Second grab an airstone and some more lights. CFLs if thats all you can afford. HPS and MH work better tho. And it would be hard in my mind to have plants in every hole. I got 2 and they are takin up the whole damn thing!!

AND look into trimming techniques during early veg state to maxamize your yeild!! Itook a paper clip and bent the stalk of the plant early on to make the plant grow sideways..

welcome to the club, hes right....the more lights you can throw around them the more and better buds youll get. I have an aeroflo2 with 36 sites and the size isnt a problem for me, i just lollipop them and grow huge single colas, id say a good average is about 21 grams for each plant, i generally get about a pound and a half for each harvest sometimes an oz or 2 less sometimes an oz or 2 more.

wow thanks for the fast response!!!! i just removed the old water and replaced it with new water. But their is a new and big problem. When i removed the ater base i never unplugged the system. and same for when i plugged it back in. now the problem is that i shorted the system. i lost power to it. i get only a split second of light when i plug it into the wall. does the ag have a fuse system in it? i will need to fix this asap. please help me if you can

How much and where did you buy your system? And what model do you have?

i got it of ags website its the pro delux. idk what its called its their most beefy one they have.

i took the whole thing apart. their does look like the fuse is blown and ill need to take it to a shop to have it fixed. its the small fuse next to the transformer. it looks all black. ( i hope that means it is blown... idk can my plants survive a couple of days with the system being turned off if they are so young?

ya just toss 1 or 2 cfls until its fixed

i dont really get one happened, ive fucked with my 2 g's so many times, taking it completely apart and shit, never had that happen
