i just got free 3 footers, i need some help

alright so in the proccess of setting up my setup i had got these two nice and healthy plants, they are in a bit of shock from moving them when they are sappose to be in the dark, i plan to run 4 cfl 2700s and a flouro 24'' 6500 , i am growing in a tight 9 squarefoot area, with just a regular small house fan every couple hours for like 20 minutes, any help and opinions would be great, they are starting to bud, and they were on a 12/12 hour cycle from 7 to 7, should i turn it on at 7 or let it sit a lil longer in the dark from the shock

Try to get an oscillating fan going in there, on lo-med, just above the canopy, 24/7.
Personally, 7 is too early, but whatever 12 hours work best for you should be fine, as long as you can keep the temp below 85 when they're on and it's hot outside. I try and time mine to cut off at dark, so I can leave the room open to cool off without risking light leaks.

alright cool, do you think my flouro daylight 6500k and a regular 60watt incadescent will be enough lighting until tomarrow at 7? because i dropped the cfls and they broke so would it be enough until i can get the cfl's tomarro?or as soon as possible
and another thing, i was told marijuana needs at least 3000 lumens per square foot in order to grow do you suggest i buy more lighting?

You never mentioned if youre on a budget or not. I would say if you have the money, go pick up a High Pressure Sodium light and ballast. For that small area you could probably get away with a 400 watter which would save you some money. If not, then go get as many CFL's as you can asap. Many people on here use CFL's so if thats the way you have to go then hopefully some will chime in here. If not, there's a separate CFL sub forum in the General Marijuana Growing section that you should check out. Good luck with your grow! Hope you get a good harvest.

Yes, more light is always gonna work better for ya.
I used fluros for years, thinking hps were way expensive, but they aren't.
Check HTGSupply?
