I know this cant be right please help

Last night they all looked so happy now theyre trying to grab the light and they look a little stressed to me. Im trying to learn from this grow to problem solve later easier on my. Own so please help me out.

They were under domes all night though
I dome them when im gone and i raise the humidty when im home to let them breathe.
I only spray the top in the soil

First off throw away the domes. They are not needed. Those clear cups are bad bad bad, roots do not like light. Can I assume your under Flouros? If so keep them 2 to 4 inches above the tops with a fan lightly blowing and you should be fine unless there is some problem with your potting mix, i.e. it's to hot.

Agree clear is not desirable, but if you're using CFL's, get them within an inch.
Do you have drainage in the cups?
