I left light on in flowering room!!! help

I had to unplug my hps quick on thursday so u plugged in my shop light which lights up the hole room, I plugged hps back to the timer and forgot to unplug shop light so now when the hps would turn off the light would stay on. I found the problem and unplugged it but im on my 5th week of flower am I screwed?

keep a close eye for nanners, but should be ok.

Did it delay flower time or anything? Less yeild now?

Any other advice

be more careful next time... like mentioned above, keep 2 eyes peeled for nanners

how long did it stay on for ? a day in week 5 shouldn't do much harm, but as some already mention, keep a eye out for male flowers, both with in the top Bud`s (bananas) and for male flowers at the lower Bud sites near the main steam

no, prolly not. maybe a sign of nute lock.

It was with light on 24/7 for 5 days, I hope everything will be fine.. First grow and im stressedd!

change it back asap, 3 ending to this, reverted into veg and may take a day or 2 to go back, hermie or your house will just combust

How do your buds look ?
Are you telling us, that you were in and out of your grow room, for 5 days, and you didn't notice your shop light on ?
So, plants were switched to 12/12 ...5 weeks ago...
The first week girls converted to bud from veg...
Hairs showed when? [I'll assume 7 days]
So plants have been budding for four weeks....
In the fourth week of bud, accidents/sheiot happened... a "shop" light, [I'll assume a 64 watt Flour/4' two lamp...]
The light stayed on for maybe 5 days [I find it hard to believe you did not notice]
How Many watt HPS is it? [I'll assume 400 w]

Now, what should you do?
Watch for 'Nanners' like others have said, they will come out as a bright green/yellowish 'thing' in the middle of your buds...

Personally I think you will be fine. No worries, when nanners happen/if they happen worry then. for now...

just kidding. ive heard of timers tripping out and leaving hids onovernight. my buddy went down 4 mornings in a row and found the lights were still on (he was checking before they would have turned on) i dont remember why he was down there before lights on in the first place, but hes lucky he found out.

he was also lucky that nothing hermed. it wint kill em. hopefully it will be fine. and cut off male flowers if they apear

now we are telling stories, I by accident of course, believe when I switch to 12/12 some how pressed one of the "15 minutes" bottoms on my timer in, so I had 15 minutes of light in the middle of dark time every day for Gods know how long a few weeks I believe, found out Bc. I had a wireless meter to measure temperatures and humidity, and one day I saw temps was going up like crazy, doing dark time !! hurried in and saw lights was on, and found out my mistake ! tho plants did`t seems to mind, might be Bc. it was in early flowering/the stretch

I also tried to get nanners but that was do to super cropping to fare in to 12/12

How far away was the shop light from your closest bud?

I think the only issue will be at the end... In 5 or 6 weeks from now, you'll want to know why they are not 'finishing'
Part of your plant might have converted back to veg [I doubt it]...
Five days... Seriously, I think everything will be fine, except the expected end/finish date...
Which could be effected anywhere from, 0 days to 15 days late...
Plant that 'saw' the shop light most, would be affected most...

this could re veg buds ,confuse the plant and hermie it.

No. it wouldnt have regreened. you need to remove some bud/ leaves to trigger this.

And the shoplights probably dont have the correct light intensity to really do anything anyway. cfls need to be close, and halogens strait up dont produce the correct light. plants need absorbable light to effect them.

if it had have been a hid, or a strong led, you would be facing a slighly greater risk.

no need to stress. we all fuck up.

if i did that shit, id just watch and see.

and sidenote, if forgeting shit on is a problem, put everything on a timer. it wont be able to fuck your shit up if it turns off for sure. 10$ timer vs huge loss? i buy timer thank you

Dope is hardy. Mistakes can or cannot lead to problems. its all about luck, and how bigs the fuckups. major shit sometimes cant be unfucked. but ive burned the top of a plant with a light (it shot up, i was gone for three days)
topped it, and no problem in the end. and the burned leaves went normal again. the burns wernt horrible, but both leaves had gone yellow, a little crispy. abd 3 weeks later they were mostly normal again. they were lighter than the rest, but went back to green, and soft again.

plants are amazing. one little mistake isnt the end of the world. ive also had lights not come on for a whole day. i went in right before lights off and found my timer failed. i went, got a new timer, and the following day, all was good. as far as the girls knew, cloudy day.

I seen three little really yellow things in bud next to the white hairs but there was a indent straight line threw the middle of them? Is it naners they were skinny n not to long but really yellow
