i made the seed,why will they not grow?

i have tried to make seed from every strain i try---not alot just a few .after harvest of seed--outline everything ,< steps> until useable please!!!do i refrigiate? sit out to dry inside? all help appreciated?

when i get seeds i leave the plants dry as usual then just bag them up when dry :-/

but germ rate is crap ---why?--i let completely dry some cronic with seed.they are dark but out of 25 i got 4 to grow so far--

iv never had that problem tbh :-/

What are you doing to them?
Are you drying them first?
I have almost 100% germ, in the past, but always from stuff I found in bud that was already dried and cured, sometimes kept in my toolbox for months.
Try letting them dry a little longer.
