I NEED HELP!!!!First time grower

This is my very first plant.I grow indoors and i have it in soil.I water my plant once every two days about 150 ml. not with anything in it just water.I Have devolped little brownish dead spot on some of the lower fans on my plant.They are on the tips and around the edges of them.I've noticed a couple of them on a few of the new leave too.I have been growing this plant for about a month and 1week.Up until now my plant has been growing great.I have 1 65w flurecent light on two plants with a cycle of 20 hours on and 4 off.I'm still in vegistative with my plants.If anyone has any idea what nutrient my plant is lacking and how i can fix it please let me know!!!!

Sounds like a little too much nitrogen....do you have an ec/meter? This will tell you how much nutrients in your soil or how much you're lacking.

what types of stores would i find a nitrogen meter at??i thought i might tell you that i dont use any nutes at all just soil and water it when it looks like it needs it.!!i'm not sure on what nutes to buy for them.i cant spend alot of money on the nutes but i can afford a little bit if its gonna help my plant!!do u got any suggestions on what to get for them?

u should definetly get some nutes and a ec metre. i would suggest going to ur local grow store and chatting with them for some advice on which ones to buy

I do know that Walmat has the moister meters -mrgeen is right you should be able to get both at your local nursey. I like the electronic meters myself.....they are not that expensive - range from a few bucks to 40 bucks.

deff not an over fert problem. for the first month of growth, the plant itself coupled with the nutes in common potting soil is all the plant needs. as the plant gets older, the more suplements you have to provide. THE PLANT IS LACKING nitrogen, potassium and possibly phosphorus. the plant will most likly rebound on its own, but if you want rappid growth and higher yeild, go to the hydro store and get a n-p-k pack of nutes... there are organnic remmidies as well if thats what you are into, i myself am not and dont know much about them. best of luck
