I need help please look

Hi, I'm new to growing and I'm just growing one plant. i have a grow box witch is about 2 ft by 2 ft by 2 ft. the walls of the box are covered in aluminum foil. I have 2 cfl's in there, one 75 watt and one 50 watt. My plant is not growing as fast as it previously was, on the window sill. Does any one have any ideas on what i should do for my plant?

you need more light are they on a timer?

yes they are i have one other 50 watt cfl should i put that in the box too?

how far away should i keep my 2 50 watt cfl and 1 75 watt cfl from my sproutling

if i were you id keep the lighting about 5 inches above the seedlings, and see how the plant reacts, and if its bad them move them up two inches at a time. the idea is to keep the light as close to your seedlings as humanly possible without burning them, and with CFLs they dont put out a hell of alot of heat, so you should be ok. and yeah, put that other bulb in there, the more light the better man, your plants will thank you for it. Plus, your probably gonna wanna go out n pick up another bulb or two by the time she hits two or three weeks old, because shes gonna want it ALL man, lol. Whenever your ready to flower, make sure you have some red spectrum in with the bluer bulbs, because flowering plants love that red spectrum. Basically the bulbs in the blue packageing that say DAYLIGHT are the blue spectrum bulbs, and the ones that say SUNLIGHT are red spectrum. your gonna want an equal amount of both in there whenever you start your flowering bro. youl be ok man, the weed WANTS to grow man, and even if you fuck up, as long as its not too bad its gonna fight through that shit, and grow anyway with its middle finger up in the air

another thing is my leaves keep wilting even tho the stem stays straight up, then when i put it in the dark they purk back up what should i do?

is 3 cfls enough if im not using any reflective mylar.
