I need some advise on the fastest/smartest way to start back up

ive got a flo n gro 12 site,and im growing 4 plants 2 kandahar,and 2 great white shark.kandahar is 28 days old gws is 16 days old.if you were in this situation how would you do this so your veggin asap???

these are in my closet and want them in the flo n grow asap ....
