Hard to tell from those photos what it is. Using a wide spectrum organic pesticide like azamax is almost always a good idea though, atleast as a preventative.

try using the macro setting on your camera. It looks like a flower usually.

They appear to be spider mites, check the bugs section for remedies under plant problems here.
