I need some help!

ok guys, basically the story is a douchebag ripped of brother and scammed him out of almost $1000. i need to find and punish this person (maybe not physical damage but ATLEAST $1000 worth of property damage). I know his mobile phone number, phone provider, general area that lives and i may be able to find out his first name.
any ideas on how to get his address or atleast another piece of imformation that could lead to his address? thanks guys and toke on

you can do a reverse phone look up but if its a cell it can turn up misleading info if any at all.

its not the money.. i dont care about a grand thats only a weeks work and im still at home living with no expenses. he just needs to learn he can't do that to people. and im only going to do $1000 worth of damage, kharma is going to take too long to fix this for me

well the problem is i have no idea where to find him.. i have a suburb but its a big, busy suburb. irrelevant now though, i smoked some herb and i have a much more relaxed view on the situation now. think ill just work twice as much for the next two weeks and buy the equipment for my new set-up instead and just forget this happened and now have that little bit less respect for humanity
