I need urgent help!!!

Does anybody know what these white dots are? I noticed a few brow spots on my leaves a few days back so i stretched them off thinking it was nothing.
I poked a very small hole in the leaf and now everything seems to be getting worse. Someone please any advise?

Look on the underside of leaves with a scope see if you have bugs
