At what point do you install a scrog?

should you LST your plants and then scrog them? Do you need to do both in limited space?

Do you let the plant grow through it then supercrop or do you supercrop and lay the scrog over top?

Do you scrog during veg or do you scrog during flowering?(which weeks)

Is the goal to have an even canopy or is it there to support the weight of the plants?

What is the purpose of a double scrog?

How high should plants get above the scrog?

I want to keep them short but it is not easy finding exact info.

I’d start it a few weeks into veg. You can install later, but I wouldn’t go to far into flower because you want your main stems to grow vertically. Let each node become its own cola.

It helps, but some plants just take nice to the screen, so it kinda depends on strain. Super close node plants are less likely to respond nicely.

Just let it grow through, and keep moving em one square away from stalk. Try to spread as far as it will go. If you run outta room, snip the end.

Veg is definitely preferable.

Even canopy

Meaning two plants!? Well, more branches to fill your net up.... as opposed to one, two is bigger, there for, better if you have the room that is...

Another strain specific question. When u go to flower it’s preferred to have a foot above net.

If you want them short, put your net lower. Train train train. Good luck!
