Proud parent dont know what im having. when should i go into 12-12, started nov 15 do i need a bigger (3GAL) pot. looks good just need help with the stages. ready to to get my head right.

You can flip em at any time, but I like to wait till they are mature (alternating nodes) as for the pots hard to say by your pics cause can't see the whole plant, but rule of thumb is that the rots will be as long as the plant is tall which translates into a foot per gallon generally.
