So I've got a spare tent and 90 watt quad band led UFO light. So I figure why not cross some shit, I've got 10 strains ATM and think i should give it a go at cross breeding for seeds, can I get okay results trying to cross breed clones with a 90 way UFO???

I tried the ufo in the past and found it's only powerful enough to grow a small plant that's the same size as the ufo. You can try but they better be small plants and not sure how well seeds will mature under it. I picked up mine after hearing they would cover the same space as a 400 watt mh and found out the hard way it's not true. Then I tried using it for starting seedlings for a while but I liked my T-5's better aka stronger plants and quicker growth. Then I cut my losses and sold it on craigslist

I also learned the hard way :wall: But yeah I'm just trying to put it to use, however I find it very good as a supplemental light as it puts out a different spectrum and it does show! But as a primary light? Mother fuck no! Idc what anyone says they just don't delivdeliver what they promise!!. Its just sitting around so hopefully i can figure this out but buying another light is simply out of the question

Use that ufo for clones or vegging. Although i use a 400 HPS for flower...I've used my tri band 90w UFO in every grow for veg or clones. I had superb results with very TIGHT node spacing. 1/4" internodes!!!
