what type of climate do you live in? It's real important to establish this first before you move on with your op. Keep in mind growing inside, and growing outside are two completely different beasts. Moving outdoor will hinder you in some ways, and make it easier in others. Personally, if I were you I'd use "grow bags" instead of digging holes that could really make you tired, and with them there is no guarantee of success. I like "grow bags" because you are able to move your plants around at the drop of a hat.
I hope you live in an area that will get rather warm and doesn't get to foggy?

Oh yeah. Don't even expect to get a pound a plant your first year growing outside. Unless you are "da bomb" with growing? I wouldn't put your goals so high the first season outside. Besides, to get a pound or two off your plants you'd need plants to grow big during long season, and plenty of hot sunlight..

In southern uk meself n always wanted to do an outdoor grow, stil scouting for the ultimate location! All the best m8...:peace:

Yo man, i did exactly what he was going to do... i grew for like 2 months indoors and then i took them outside. I dug holes and the whole 9 as well....i didnt really have to do a thing and immediately my plants started growing like crazy...but yeah climate deff is the main ingredient in this situation. I live in Orlando florida so i have the bright sun and the high humidity so that has made it a breeze...But i think planting your plants outside after 2 months is a great idea, it wont be difficult at all bro, goodluck

pretty impossible to answer really, bit like asking how long is a piece of string?? To many unknown variables ie strain, climate where u live, number of hours of direct sunlight yr plant gets, the soil/soilless mix u are using, nutes, topped or not, lower branches removed or not and of course growers skill, all of these will affect yr yield.:joint::peace:

I'm north too and do outside..this year everything was a month behind because of rain, but my plants are all at 4'+... I have a NL bagseed, any plant will adapt to its weather...easier to grow outside than in... I put mine out this year in early May and will harvest in oct-dec...depending..... at 6' +... luck

If you grow a pound per plant I will bow down to you because some people just get a few oz let alone a pound.
